I started class a few months ago at The wooden stage.
I thought this program was for a younger audience, but I was wrong. The silks and the equipments helped prevent any injuries which other forms do.
The wooden stage is a vibrant studio and has the best trainers under Shruti’s guidance, who is so well informed and has spent years practising various forms exercise, dance,
Yoga. One is in good hands at the wooden stage and I love my time there

The Wooden Stage is such a nice space to learn Ariel Silk with the lovely talented Shruti Jasani and her instructors. Not only are they very patient and encouraging teachers but also extremely safety conscious. Age no bar, I have been going there from 2017 and it’s been a fun, addictive learning experience

I have always been into fitness. Track, kayaking, swimming and now skiing
I had a ski injury and a dedicated disc. I joined The wooden stage to fix my core and strengthen my back. I was able to do that in a few months and it was such a fun workout. I loved every minute of it.
